Perfect Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 c. honey
    1/8 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
