Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup
    approximately 6 medium size potatoes, cubed, parboiled and drained
    1 can corn, peas or green beans (your choice), drained
    1 pkg. saltine crackers
    cheese for topping (your choice)
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
    Sprinkle and mix with flour (about 1/4 cup); stir in milk to make gravy.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
