Orange Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (approximately 1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut fat from chops. Place in shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
