Lemon Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil carrots in salted water until tender-crisp.
Drain.
In saucepan, mix sugar, lemon juice and butter.
Heat until boiling. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add carrots and coat well.
Serve warm.
