Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
food coloring
sugar
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and peppermint extract.
Add powdered sugar until smooth.
Knead in the food coloring.
Form into small balls.
Dip into the sugar.
Press with glass (one with a design on the bottom).
Dry (let dry overnight).
