Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 chopped onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. rice
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Boil the chicken (2 to 3 cups water).
    Bone it.
    Save the broth.
    Cook onion, celery and carrot in chicken broth along with rice.
    Cook until rice is tender.
    Add 1/2 cup mushroom soup and the mushrooms.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Watch for dryness.
