Creamed Chicken Paprika(Tejfeles Csirke Paprikas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. fat
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
-
Cut chicken into sections.
Brown onion in fat in large pot, add washed chicken, salt, paprika and water.
Simmer until chicken is tender. Mix flour with sour cream until smooth, in separate bowl.
Add to chicken before serving.
Serve with dumplings.
