Ingredients

1 double pie crust
2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Arrange half of apples in pastry-lined pie pan.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, flour, raisins and lemon juice; sprinkle half of mixture over apples.
Add remaining apples.
Sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Dot with margarine.
Place top crust on pie. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
