Low Cholesterol Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    9 egg substitute
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. polyunsaturated margarine
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese (containing no more than 2 to 6 grams fat per ounce)
    24 oz. frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Spread over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Beat together milk, egg substitute and margarine.
    Pour over sausage.
    Layer hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 1 hour.
