Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon
Preparation
    Mix sugar with flour and salt; stir in milk until smooth.
    Add beaten egg yolks, lemon juice and rinds. Beat egg whites. Fold into mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0.
