Fauschnaught'S(Mom-Mom'S) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
9 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
10x sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1 cup lukewarm water. Let stand 10 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco fine like pie dough.
Beat eggs.
Add 2 cups warm water.
Add to flour mix. Add yeast mix last.
Work dough lightly 10 minutes.
Add flour as needed.
Cover and let rise.
When doubled in size, roll out dough, cut donuts and let them rise until doubled.
Deep fry to golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Coat with 10x sugar by shaking in paper bag.
