Ingredients

1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
3 medium carrots, shredded (1 c.)
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients lightly in a bowl.
Shape into a loaf in greased, shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
