Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. liquid peppermint or flavor of choice
1 box 10x powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and flavoring of your choice.
At this point, you can add a few drops of food coloring if you plan to use one color for the whole batch.
Gradually add 2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
Knead until no longer sticky.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in sugar.
Flatten balls with a fork.
Let dry at room temperature.
Store loosely covered, in the refrigerator.
Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
