Stuffed Crabby Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. crab meat
12 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
pinch of salt
green or black pepper, freshly ground
2 tsp. dry mustard
paprika
Preparation

Shred crab meat.
Discard any shell.
Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash or put through ricer.
Add rest of ingredients to taste, except paprika, and mix well.
Stuff each egg half with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
Can substitute shredded shrimp.
