Fricadellen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef *
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 slices white bread
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 jar (12 oz.) mushroom gravy plus 1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Original Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, bread, 1/2 cup of the water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and nutmeg in large bowl; mix well.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Cook patties in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Stir in gravy and 1/4 cup of water.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
