Blender Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
1 thin sliced onion
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
nutmeg
sour cream*
parsley and chives
