Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    crust for 2 crust pies
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rhubarb to soften. Drain after 5 minutes. Mix sugar, egg and flour.
    Pour over rhubarb in lower crust.
    Put crisscross crust on top of pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
