Marble Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    16 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate (2 pkg.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1/3 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with plastic wrap.
Place corn syrup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan set on a medium-low heat burner. Add chocolate, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, then remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla and the sugar with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
Spread the mixture in the pan previously prepared.
Using a teaspoon, drop the peanut butter onto the fudge.
To marbleize, use a knife to swirl the peanut butter through the fudge.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Invert onto cutting board and remove the plastic wrap.
    Makes approximately 25 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
