Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. soft butter
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Measure first four ingredients into sifter.
Set aside.
Rinse raisins with boiling water to plump them.
Drain.
Set aside with walnuts.
