Marion'S Hot Poached Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any size piece salmon
    water to cover the fish
    2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 bay leaf
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Add salt and spices to water.
    Add lemon juice and onion. Bring to a boil; add salmon.
    Lower the heat and poach very gentle, allowing 10 minutes per pound.
