Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup pecans
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Beat eggs, one at a time and add to the mixture.
    Add vinegar, pecans, raisins and coconut. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
