Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
diced onions to taste
1/4 lb. butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain.
Add soup, sour cream, pimentos, onion, 1/3 stuffing and water chestnuts.
Mix.
Put one third of stuffing on bottom of pan.
Pour mixture in pan. Add remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves about 8.
