Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Melt shortening and cocoa together.
Add sugar to eggs and beat.
Add chocolate mixture to eggs and blend.
Add flour and vanilla.
Mix well.
Spread in pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
