Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 qt. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar, Karo syrup and milk together
    in
    saucepan. Place over lowered heat until mixture begins to
    thicken.
    Add vanilla. Pour
    onto waxed paper and roll into a
    long
    roll. Roll in chopped pecans.
