Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes (slice thinly).
    Layer 1/2 potatoes in casserole.
    Place all onion and 1/2 sauce.
    Top with remaining potatoes and sauce.
    Dot with butter, cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, for an additional 35 minutes.
