Sun Burst Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags Success White or Brown rice
    1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy sauce, divided
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
    3/4 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. boneless pork or chicken, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental vegetable medley
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c. juice
    Blend
    pineapple juice with 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder, and 1/2 c. water; set aside.
