Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation

Mix batter like pancake dough.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking pan.
Pour mixed batter into pan.
Spoon fruit of you choice on top of batter.
As it bakes, crust rises to the top.
Bake at 425\u00b0.
It is done when it's a golden brown.
