Bacon And Egg Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    6 large eggs
    1/2 c. canned Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place bacon
    in
    9-inch
    pie plate.
    Cover loosely with microwavesafe paper towel.\tCook on High 3 minutes.
    Drain off fat, reserving
    1
    tablespoon in small custard cup; set aside. Stir pepper and mushrooms into bacon; cover and cook on High 2 minutes.
