Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison stew meat, cubed
    1 stick celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 large carrots, diced
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place cubed venison in a large pot with plenty of water and let it boil while preparing vegetables.
    Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Cook until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Add 2 tablespoons of browned flour and 1/2 cup of water; stir until thickened.
