Janet'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. raisins, plumped
    1 lb. mixed candied fruits
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 lb. green cherries
    1/2 lb. red cherries
    3/4 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, eggs, salt, orange extract and applesauce. Next, mix fruit with flour. Add dry ingredients with batter.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours and 45 minutes or until done.
    Cover and store 1 month before eating.
