Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (12 fl. oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation
    Prepare pie shell.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
    Pour into pie shell.* Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
