Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add other ingredients in large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured (or Pam sprayed) glass Pyrex.
Can also put into Bundt pan that has been Pam sprayed.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Test by toothpick. Allow cake to cool before icing.
