Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. spinach, chopped and frozen
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 to 1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Fold sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and spices into spinach.
    Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 325\u00b0.
    Top with grated cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking.
    Serves 6.
