Diabetic Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples, pared and sliced
    12 packets Equal
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Arrange apple slices in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Mix together the Equal, flour and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine until well blended.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over all, then pat until firm on top.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Turn dish every 5 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Serves 16.
