Savory Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    8 large baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch baking pan.
    Pare potatoes; roll in butter to coat well.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Remove pan from oven; turn potatoes.
    Add chicken broth.
    Bake 1 hour longer, turning several times.
    Makes 8 servings.
