Veal Chops With Mushrooms(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal loin chops (1 1/4-inches thick) *
    8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon (1/4 to 1/2 dry)
    1 tsp. liquid gravy seasoning
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 can condensed beef broth (undiluted)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    *Try shoulder and rib chops, approximately 2 1/2 pounds.
