Mother'S Garden Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped tomatoes
    4 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. sliced okra
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cut corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large iron skillet; cover and cook on medium heat until vegetables are almost done.
    Remove lid; reduce heat and cook until thick.
