Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 45 minutes or until tender.
Let cool to touch; peel and mash.
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, then combine brown sugar, pecan, flour and 2 tablespoons of butter; sprinkle mixture over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
