Cafe-Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 c. brewed coffee
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook rice, coffee and butter in a double boiler for about 25 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Set casserole in pan of warm water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Turn off heat; let stand in oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream.
