Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti or penne
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced salami
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced ham
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
    1 medium head escarole *
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    *Important to use escarole as it will not wilt.
