Mama'S Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. jam
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk, Crisco, jam and eggs; mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or in 2 (9-inch) pans for 15 to 20 minutes.
