"Stuffed Cabbage" Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can tomato soup
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown the meat with onion in oil until meat is browned.
    Drain well and add seasonings.
    In greased casserole, alternate layers of cabbage and meat mixture. Pour tomato soup over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (If desired, add 2 cups cooked rice alternating with other ingredients.)
