Easy Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. pecans (more if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the pecans and cook at a low temperature until the sugar is dissolved.
    Then boil until the soft ball stage is reached.
    Add pecans.
    Stir until it just begins to harden.
    This candy hardens very quickly once it has started to thicken in the pan.
    Quickly drop by spoonfuls into 2-inch patties on wax paper.
    Let stand until firm.
