Tater Tot Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tot potatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 soup can milk or water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In skillet, brown the meat and onion; drain fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with potatoes.
Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Yields 2 to 3 servings.
