Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries, ground
1 c. diced apples
1 c. celery
2 orange (seedless), ground (peeling and all)
1 c. nuts
2 pkg. regular size jello (strawberry or cherry)
3 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Prepare jello and let stand until it starts to thicken. Grind and dice rest of the ingredients.
Add sugar to ground cranberries, oranges, apples and celery (finely chopped).
Add all ingredients to jello and chill.
