Pork Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 small onion, chopped into large pieces
    6 pork loin chops
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Add chops, 3 at a time; brown well on both sides.
    Remove and set aside.
    Add green peppers and onions; saute for 3 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
    Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.
    Blend in onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Return chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops.
    Cover and simmer until tender abut 1 hour.
    Stir in tomatoes, sauteed green peppers and onions.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.
