Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (pink or red)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Drain salmon and remove bones, if any.
    Mix all ingredients and form into patties.
    Fry on both sides until golden brown.
