Chicken With Pineapple Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chickens, quartered
    softened butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice and all)
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix this all together well and brush over chicken. Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
