Tangier Island Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar (I use less)
1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
