Oyster Casserole Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3/4 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic
    Tabasco
    salt
    pepper
    2 pt. oysters
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach and set aside.
    Melt butter; add all spices.
    Drain oysters and blot with towel.
    Combine butter mixture with drained spinach.
    Add bread crumbs and oysters and stir gently.
    Place in a greased casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Then uncover for 15 minutes.
    Serve with Melba toast for appetizer.
